61 Participate in the operation of the IT Project Management Office, ensuring alignment with organizational IT strategy.

Your responsibility:
61 Actively participate in the delivery and coordination of multiple business system projects from initial requirements phase to final implementation.
61 Manage system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
61 Assist Delivery Manager to manage project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements;
61 Manage software vendor(s).
61 Work with Application Implementation Manager and Line of Business partners to ensure that project requirements are identified and deliverables are met, including system program, user experience, to-be process and design documentation.
61 Facilitates testing environment and participates in testing applications.
61 Facilitates training environment and conduct trainings for users if necessary.
61 Assist in system change process to ensure integrity and stability of production systems.
The successful candidate will also need to:
85 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent plus minimum 3 years of relevant professional work experience in IT application system implementation.
85 Experience of project manage at cross functional or inter-department level. Previous PMO or portfolio managment experience would be beneficial
85 Strong analytical and problem solving skills with an ability to develop creative alternatives to resolving issues or complex problems.
85 Strong interpersonal skills to interact in a team environment and collaborate with team members internal and external to the organization.
85 Excellent presentation skill in front of senior management and PowerPoint skills where professional slides creation is essential
85 Self-starter and ability to deal with ambiguity.
85 Ability to work in a project team oriented environment in a complex and diverse business unit of a multi-national company.
85 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment as part of a high performance team.
85 Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English.
85 Pharma industry and business facing experience is a plus.
