职位描述
Job Descriptions:
1. Responsible for the sales development and relationship maintenance of customers and channel partners to grow company’s products in China. Executing and complete sales tasks (quoting, processing sales orders, delivery date fulfill and collecting payments).
2. Customer account development (direct and via channel partners and EPC contractors), by setting development strategy to build, grow and maintain the business to meet annual sales budget. Be able to maintain good communication and cooperative relations with customers.
3. Understand the customers’ needs, promoting the company's new products, and handling customer complaints.
4. Provide 1st level technical support to customers in China. Organize and participate in meetings with compnay’s technical personnel to meet customer’s requirements.
5. Collect market information and compile competitor analysis quarterly.
6. Build and maintain a revolving 3-year business plan to grow the business in China. This includes business in the Chemical & Energy, Industrial Gas, Medical Oxygen, and Technical Desiccant verticals.
7. Manage sales excellence activities for group: SFDC input & update, customer call reports, monthly sales reports, win-loss reports, competitive reports, industry reports, etc.
8. Support cross business areas within the Group business, eg Gels, Deutero solvents, High Silica Zeolites and any others with the Group.
9. Any other assignments from time to time.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in chemistry, chemical engineering or materials, with more than three years of related industry work experience and outstanding sales performance.
2. Have a keen market insight, a strong sense of professionalism, responsibility, and a positive work attitude.
3. Experience in sales activities and account management, strong adaptability, execution, and ability to work under pressure, adaptable to frequent business trips, tenacious personality, quick thinking, and the ability to independently develop customers.
4. Strong language communication skills in written and spoken Chinese and English, good at listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
5. Proficient in the use of computers and various commonly used office software.
6. Candidates with impressive customer resources and agent channels are preferred.
