Position Summary职位摘要:
This is a position that requires strong hands-on ability and on-site supervisory position. It is the technical and operational leader of a line of secondary production who organizes, operates, trains, and supervises the Production personnel and production work within the line which includes degreasing, cleaning, sandblasting, laser marking, anodizing, acid etching, packaging, and other processes.
The individual in this position ensures technical and process compliance to Straumann product quality requirements while focusing on leading the group towards maximum productivity, efficiency, and safe work practices. This is a hands-on working supervisory position.

61 Responsible for compliance with all Internal and external requirements in the areas of quality, environment and occupational health and safety,5s management.

61 Responsible for chemical, bath monitoring, and hazardous materials disposal
负责化学品,溶液的监控,危险品的处置。
61 Assume liabilities to implement management programs and carry out the modification actions within the working area, to ensure that the EHS performance is improved continuously.
在工作区域内实施管理程序和执行整改措施,确保EHS工作的持续改进。
61 Organize and participate in the relevant safety activities, e.g. safety short talks to emphasize safety before, during and after working.

61 Attend all EHS training as required.

61 Assist colleagues with EHS requirements.

61 Responsible for promptly reporting to direct supervisor in case of any incidents and near miss or exposure to hazardous substances.

Daily Production 日常生产
61 Organize the individual duties and procedures directly relating to secondary production personnel. Coordinate the daily production flow with machine, material, process, safety accurate for production and quality.
组织协调后道生产员工的每日生产工作,确保设备,材料,工艺,生产,质量,安全的完整性与正确性。
61 In command of shift operators to support daily production, to inspect parts according to quality requirement and take actions if need, take the initiative to solve the operation problems.
安排所负责的操作员支持生产需求,安排操作员根据质量要求检验产品,如有问题,需要采取相应措施,并积极着手解决操作中出现的问题。
61 Operate production equipment and process to meet production and shipping schedules.
操作设备和工序生产以保证完成生产与发货计划。
61 Instructs new operators in the proper operations of equipment and processes. Orientates new employees to company policies and procedures.
指导新员工的设备操作与工艺操作。培训新员工熟悉了解公司方针与程序流程。
61 Save the production data record and other statistical data in terms of operation manual when on duty. Doing the hand over properly, describe in shift logbook.
当班过程中按照操作手册保存和记录生产数据,以及其他统计数据。做好接班班组的交接,不仅口头交班,而且要在记录中进行描述。
61 Collaborate with other Line Leads and Managers to coordinate operations and activities within or between lines. Participate and organize regular meetings with employees to communicate and resolve issues.

61 Identify, address and report abnormal in daily production.

61 Assist the workshop supervisor in improving the workshop management system and regulations.

61 Manage employee time and attendance.

61 Recommend measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality or efficiency.
负责激励员工,提高生产效率,改进设备利用率和产品质量或效率。
61 Recommend personnel actions such as hiring, promotions and discipline. conducts regular performance review for direct employees.
负责所管理团队的人员招聘,晋升和日常行为管理。管理直属员工的定期绩效考评。
Other tasks assigned by upper supervision.

Qualifications
资质要求
61 Minimum High school graduate
技术/中等职业学校学历背景
61 Minimum (three) 3 years relevant working experience and strong hands-on ability.
有至少三年以上相关工作经验,动手能力强
61 Minimum 2 years production front line management experience.
至少有2年生产一线管理经验
61 Can work different shifts
可以接受倒班工作
61 Simple English reading skill will be preferred.
简单英语阅读能力优先。
61 Has work experience in the same industry will be preferred.
有医疗器械类似行业经验,优先录用
