Position Overview: We are looking for a Program Manager to develop and execute initiatives for Stanley and factory partners. You’ll lead, plan, and coordinate resources from Stanley Asia Pacific (APAC) teams, developing program milestones and tracking program implementation to deliver desired results. You will interface with key stakeholders including Program Management, IT, Supply chain teams & factories to deliver critical initiatives that ensure the reliability of supply chain, product quality, safety, and compliance. We seek a seasoned Program manager with passion for working on a multitude of high impact programs to deliver on challenging goals, timelines and budgets. Key Responsibilities 1. Manage and align program scope end to end with cross functional team and factories, including planning, coordinating resources, and implementation. 2. Scope and identify program implementation schedules/timelines to ensure programs are planned and staged for success and align with brand expectation and program complexity. 3. Identify and mitigate risk and facilitate trade-off as needed, delivering critical solutions, significant improvements as required. Escalation with deployment. 4. Communicate program status, prioritization, and risk with key stakeholders and the Senior Leadership Team. 5. Implement and continuously seek for process optimization opportunities and improvement on Lead Time, Costs & Quality throughout Stanley internal teams and among factories. 6. Establish and maintain a culture of winning as a team and take ownership throughout the program community. 7. Proactively provide data-driven insight and details to senior management team for decision making and prioritization. Skills and Experience: 61 Prior experience in setting up, leading, and delivering complex programs. 61 Proficiency with program analyzing & planning including deliverables, resources, timelines, budgets, and risks. 61 Self-directed, proactive, and able to define and execute programs independently. 61 Excellent verbal/written EN communication, organization, and time management skills; able to produce concise, relevant, strategically driven documents and presentations to leaders. 61 Strong leadership and Proven ability to influence, with varying levels of seniority within an organization. 61 A resilient, focused problem solver and self-starter with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a complex, sometimes ambiguous environment. 61 Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. 61 Strong experience with program management software.
Education and Requirements: 61 5-7 years of demonstrated program management experience. 61 Experience supporting complex business and process transformation. 61 Successful track record delivering in a fast-paced, agile, high volume and collaborative cross-functional environment. Bonus if you have: 61 Manufacturing process familiarity. 61 Experience in plant system knowledge/management.
