职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire order management process, managing both customer and supplier orders.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency throughout order processing.
- Manage shipping operations, coordinating freight forwarders, carriers, and customs.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, tariffs, and documentation requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply chain professionals to achieve organizational goals.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on productivity, collaboration, and accountability.
- Establish and monitor KPIs such as productivity, team efficiency, customer satisfaction, and process improvement.
- Continuously analyze processes and implement optimization strategies to enhance performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in supply chain operations.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
- Generate and present regular performance reports, including insights and recommendations for improvement.

Work Experience Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain management, including hands-on involvement in order management, supplier management, and shipping operations.
- Proven experience managing and developing teams in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in export processes, customs compliance, and international logistics.
- In-depth knowledge of order processing systems, freight forwarding, transportation, tariffs, and customs procedures.
- Familiarity with supply chain digital tools and ERP systems.
Skill Requirements
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize supply chain processes and achieve key performance indicators.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing environments.
- Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Education Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
