职位描述 - 负责与当地客户和海外办事处的日常沟通; - 为客户提供优质服务,及满足KPI要求; - 为本地客户和海外办事处提供价格查询报价; - 对客户要求和SOP有详细的了解,确保操作符合SOP; - 负责与船公司沟通确保仓位及服务 - 跟进订舱后的后续海外及国内客户的反馈,并及时积极配合操作工作和如有需要处理后续问题及投诉等 - 协助销售发现和追踪潜在客户 - 与操作团队协作工作 - 大学学历,物流相关专业优先 - 两年以上相关国际运输工作经验 - 普通话及英语流利,英语四级以上 - 优秀的沟通技能,团队合作和问题解决能力 Responsibility: - Be responsible for the daily communication with local customers and overseas offices; - Ensure the daily excellent service provided and the KPI met. - Making quotation for rate enquiries from local customers and overseas offices; - Have detail knowledge of customer requirements and SOP, ensure operation is followed in accordance with the SOP; - Be responsible for communication with carrier to ensure space and service; - Follow up the feedback from the overseas and domestic customers after the booking, and timely and actively cooperate with the operation and if there is a need to deal with the follow-up problems and complaints; - Assisting sales to maintain and discover potential customer; - Coordinate with operation team Requirements: - College Degree or above, major in Foreign Trade/Marketing/English is preferred. - Above 2 years working experience in freight forwarding industry; - Fluent in mandarin and English language, CET4 or above; - Good skilled in communication, coordination and problem-solving
