Bridge the talent gaps for future leadership positions in Sales & Marketing. Main Responsibilities · Junior account manager provides assigned customers and sales teams with assistance. Provide ongoing sales support to existing customers, help identify new sales leads, and collaborate with sales teams to develop sales plans and pricing schemes. · Implements yearly sales budgets and drives for exceeding results in terms of sales quantity, net sales, pricing and margin management, and portfolio leverage at existing and new accounts. · Nurtures and grows existing customer base; negotiates and closes sales · Builds strong relationships both internally and externally · Maintains lead and customer data/records including updating all activities, contacts and correspondence within internal sales tools (CRM) · Proactively stays on top of changes in industries and products Requirements · Bachelor's or above Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Business related field · Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiating skills · Detail oriented with good written and verbal communication skills · Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products, internet, CRM or Salesforce, Analytical skills · Ability to work both independently and as a team player in a close-knit sales team · Proactive learner, ambitious and success driven; strong interest to develop technical product & application skills · Confident, energetic and organized · Self-motivated and driven to excellence · Full proficiency in English, any other language preferred
