主要职责：

设计和开发先进的X射线新型传感器技术和产品。

进行传感器物理原理的深入研究，以推动技术创新。

搭建测试平台，并在实验室环境中进行传感器性能测试和数据分析。

与跨部门团队合作，优化传感器设计、制造原型、进行小批量生产，直至最终量产。

撰写技术文档和研究报告，分析、归纳、总结成果。

跟踪和研究行业内最新趋势和技术进展，提出创新解决方案。

任职要求：

物理学、材料科学、无机化学、微电子、电子工程或相关领域的硕士及以上学位；

至少3年传感器器件设计与开发经验；

精通传感器的物理原理和材料特性；

具有优秀的问题解决能力和团队协作精神；

有编程基础的优先考虑

良好的英语口头沟通能力；

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop advanced X-ray sensor technologies and products.

Conduct in-depth research on sensor physical principles to drive technological innovation.

Build test platforms and conduct performance testing and data analysis in a laboratory setting.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sensor design, prototype manufacturing, and manage small-scale production to full-scale manufacturing.

Write technical documents and research reports, analyzing and summarizing findings.

Track and study the latest trends and technological advancements in the industry, proposing innovative solutions.

Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

Master's degree or above in physics, materials science, inorganic chemistry, microelectronics, electronic engineering, or related fields.

At least 3 years of experience in sensor design and development.

Proficient in the physical principles and material properties of sensors.

Excellent problem-solving skills and team collaboration spirit.

Good verbal communication skills in English.

Have knowledge on coding is a plus.
