此岗位职责 lPR Retainer 1.PR Plan & Execution a)Develop on-trend, inspiration annual PR communication strategy based on brand annual objective & marketing calendar. b)With the goal of enhancing brand reputation and brand new look&feel, develop sustainability & branding communication strategy and execution plan, manage execution process, evaluate and report communication effect. 2.Relationship Management a)According to brand tonality, build suitable Media Pool ; select appropriate media/KOL matrix for communication based on different projects. b)2Cooperate with agency to maintain and expand media relationship via PR box seeding/media visit/workshop etc. 3.Awareness & Exposure a)Maintain PR awareness and get free exposure through PR seeding, free pitch etc.
4.Internal and External Coordination & PR Budget Control a)Internal coordination with Brand Team (campaign/celebrity) and CorpCom (CIIE, sustainability & branding project), external coordination & management with PR agency.
l02Campaign Cooperation 1.Campaign Plan & Execution a)Formulate the corresponding PR plan based on brand campaign objective and communication purpose. b)According to campaign phases, cooperate with brand team for PR exposure via press releases, PR boxes seeding, offline media events, etc. evaluate and report the propagation effect.
Celebrity Management 1.Cooperate with agency to provide proper celebrity for different objective. 2.During campaign, cooperate with agency to provide celebrity related services (e.g. celebrity selection, celebrity service management etc.,) to coordinate internal and external communication; in daily communication, actively communicate and cooperate with celebrity to enhance brand goodwill and get more free exposure.
Crisis Management 1.Early warning risk and possible situation of public crisis in advance, timely cooperate with agency to start monitoring and prepare countermeasure for different situations. 2.For sudden public crisis, timely cooperate with agency to make and execute effective PR plan, monitor public opinion in real time, evaluate and timely adjust the plan. 3.After crisis, summarize the issue and make preparation in advance to avoid similar situations.
任职要求 1.Bachelor’s degree or above, fluent in English 2.Marketing, Communication, Advertising & PR or other related majors are preferred 3.At least 1 year of experience in brand communication and public relations, with experience in beauty industry preferred 4.Good strategic thinking and PR awareness, innovative ideas, and good at exploring and capturing communication opportunities 5.Strong interest and thinking in beauty/fashion/lifestyle 6.Proactive in work, strong learning ability and service consciousness, good at communication and execution
