Main Duties and Responsibilities: 80Work with regional & global supply chain team to manage and develop suppliers to optimize supply base and to achieve best leverage on cost, quality, delivery and service. 80Work on localization, cost reduction and NPI (New Product Introduction) programs to achieve cost competence and ensure supply chain readiness. 80Lead to negotiate with supplier for cost reduction and other commercial terms to meet company key business requirements. 80Lead to develop local category strategy and keep aligned with global strategy. 80Lead to manage and evaluate supplier performance and to drive the supplier improvement and development actions to continuously improve suppliers’ performance. 80Keep good relationship and develop partnership with key suppliers. 80Support all the other activities and programs related to supplier (Supplier Gold, ProCert, Lean manufacturing etc.) 80Strictly implement and continuously improve working process, ensure all activities are in compliance with company’s policy, principles and ethical requirements.
Qualification and Experience: 80Bachelor degree of Science, Discipline of Engineering (mechanical, electric preferred. 80More than 10 years working experience in purchasing and supply chain management, 5 years in management role and HAVC industry is preferred. 80Be able to read drawings and understand quality concepts and tools. 80Fluent verbal and written English are required. 80Good communication and strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. 80Be open-minded, self-motivated, pro-active, and must be a team player. 80Good computer skills.
