Purpose of position: 职位目的 Expand and organize business activities in Vehicle and vehicle system Type Approval field and fulfill the annual target in whole China area.开发及组织在全国范围内汽车整车以及车辆系统安全认证方面的业务并完成年度目标。 Job Responsibilities: 工作职责: 1 Expand and organize business activities in Vehicle and vehicle system Type Approval field and fulfill the annual target in whole China area.开发及组织在全国范围内汽车整车以及车辆系统安全认证方面的业务并完成年度目标。 2 Sustain the normal running of quality system and keep from happening of big deviation in quality control 维护质量体系的正常运行,防止重大质量偏差发生。 3 Understand and apply market principles, strategies and techniques to differentiate the organization, and to develop and maintain business/market opportunities能够理解并应用市场原则、战略和技巧来区分组织,发展并维护业务/市场机会。 4 Facilitate a team and encourage participation and delegate team members and provide instructions. Shares important or relevant information with the team. Understands, focuses and delivers on team objectives / customer goals, participates and contributes ideas for the team 能够协调团队,并鼓励团队成员的参与能够恰当地授权,并给予指导, 与团队成员分享重要或相关信息, 理解、重视并阐述团队目标/客户目标,参与意见并为团队献计献策。 5 Perform test on Vehicle and vehicle systems type approval pursuant to related EC directives and UNECE regulation and relevant DV PV test 按相关欧盟指令及欧洲经济委员会法规进行整车以及车辆系统认证测试及相关DV PV测试。 6 Create test minutes and test report formats where necessary for type approval and training unexperienced staff to perform related tests. 有需要时制作测试记录格式及测试报告格式, 对无经验的员工进行测试培训。 7 Fill in test minutes and sufficiently communicate with customers on test site. 在测试现场时填写有关测试记录, 能与顾客在现场充分地沟通。 8 Convert test minutes into formal test report and designate other staff to review for minimizing mistake as possible and fill in the record. 把测试记录转换成正式测试报告, 指定同事进行复核以尽量减少错误并填写复核记录 9 Timely communicate with vehicle and vehicle systems Manager according to any significant events during project handling 项目进行时重大事件与整车以及整车经理及时沟通。 Key measures (or KPIs): 绩效考核指标 Accomplish the turnover sent every year. Develop new business or new customer. Improve management skill.
