Role: Overseas Business Development (BD) Management Trainee
Position Requirements:
- Currently in the fourth year of university, preference for candidates available for at least 3-4 days of internship per week (5 days per week preferred);
- Possess excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Outstanding cross-cultural communication abilities, capable of effectively collaborating with partners from different countries and regions;
- Fluent in spoken and written English, proficiency in other languages spoken in the Asia-Pacific or European and American regions is a plus;
- Strong interest in the IT industry, willing to understand the implementation process of IT service business and learn about emerging IT solutions;
- Major is not limited, those in International Business, English, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields are preferred;
- Extroverted personality with good team spirit and the ability to work independently.
Main Responsibilities:
Cross-border Dispatch Coordination Support 50%:
- Coordinate and manage the dispatch of IT service projects to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with quality standards;
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with overseas partners in the Asia-Pacific region.
Market Development Research Support 30%:
- Collect and analyze market information to provide data support for business development;
- Participate in the formulation of business processes and strategies to improve work efficiency and customer satisfaction;
- Complete specific business projects under guidance and report progress regularly.
Supplier Development 20%:
- Certain negotiation and communication skills are required.
