About the job: You will be the Regional Business Manager for Alfa Laval Moatti with responsibility for the biggest markets, North East Asia. You will be responsible for automatic self-cleaning filters with a wide range of applications in many industries, both in Marine Division and Energy Division. The main business today is within fuel and lubricant cleaning onboard ships, engine power plants, and locomotive. New products are being launched for renewable fuels and hydrogen production with exciting growth opportunities. You will support sales companies and distributors in their daily business and play a critical part of the growth journey that Alfa Laval Moatti is on. Develop and grow Moatti sales within your defined area Give commercial support in quotation processes Setting, following-up and report business targets and actions Support local sales companies and distributors with customer meetings, trainings and business strategies Drive value-based selling and marketing in close cooperation with Product Management, Communications, and R&D Collect market knowledge and influence product innovation Initiate and drive improvements that helps grow business You will report to the Global Sales Manager who also is based in Shanghai, and you will have the opportunity to influence global decision-making to ensure commercial success for Alfa Laval Moatti. Who you are and what you know: You have a university degree in Engineering with good academical performance, and preferably you have sales or engineering experience in the Marine industry. You are target-oriented and work proactively to get results with a track-record that shows it. You have a positive mindset, and you can both establish and maintain strong relationships. You are a good team player, and you have excellent02communication skills, and you are02fluent in English.02You are willing to travel in and outside China (approx. 20%) You can sell our offerings – and of course, you have the drive and passion about the business and the product to succeed.
