You will be joining our Customer Implementation Team to add your project leadership expertise + skills to the delivery of Operational Excellence.
Your Role
You will support customer care locations (CCL) + operational care center (OCC) colleagues by working with internal + external stakeholders to capture, validate, document + train based on our customer commitments. You will do this by building strong relationships + communication with internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key accountability and responsibilities:
Your Responsibilities
61To perform risk assessments on customer requirements (SOW, SOP, etc.) pre,manage risks rigorously from feasibility stage to stable, operation to ensure sustainable profitability and preventing of “cure” situation+ post submission of selling rates, highlighting any financial or operational risks 61To take on new projects + build structures required to successfully deliver expected output while utilizing prescribed customer implementation project management tools, deployed one format + one methodology applies to controlled and non-controlled Customer (GA/NA/BU), standardize on-boarding process 61To lead + enable timely completion of project deliverables as well as providing weekly progress reports, Remove road blocks and impediment to meet timelines and customer requirements 61To develop SOP, working instructions + training material (internal + external), obtaining signoff from end -users. 61To conduct regular Anytime conversations with all direct reports to discuss + ensure traction on delivering performance + development goals. 61To conduct daily + weekly stand-up meetings with your team to identify + resolve business issues. 61To ensure CCL + OCC colleagues have access to + are trained on shipment handling procedures for all customers. 61To ensure that all supporting systems (SeaLOG, OMS, ACON, etc.) have optimal + complete setups prior to first shipment. 61Manage the hypercareperiod after go-live to ensure KPI/SLA is being met and initial SOW/SOP compliance across all origin and destination offices. 61Set expectations and get agreement with internal and external stakeholders
