Position Qualification:
85 Bachelor’s degree, engineering or automation major is preferred
85 PMP certificate
85 3+ years of people management of a sizable team Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (but not lead the project team)
85 Strong leadership ability, team management ability to achieve project targets.
85 4+ Working experience in material handling or AS/RS of logistical field
85 Completed 5+ overseas projects (Single contract value more than 30 million RMB)
85 Be familiar with sorting machines and conveying equipment
85 Fluent in English write & communication, have another language skill is plus
85 Understand the culture differences of different countries, and know how to deal with foreign clients
85 Travel to global project site frequently (Each year 150days + on business trip)
Job Description:
85 Establish a clear overseas project management framework & workflow and ensure that all project activities are carried out in accordance with the documentation
85 Team building, coach team members in the work, ensure all company/ department strategies and top team requirement can be effectively implemented
85 Lead the overseas project team group to achieve the required delivery target ( cost, schedule, quality, customer satisfaction，etc.)
85 Travel to Damon global project site frequently to meet customer for better stakeholder management、Visit site to collect first-hand information for project health checking、support project team for difficulty issues coordination、Involve in key project activities ( customer complaint 、Go live & Acceptance, CR negotiation)
85 Be responsible for the working load management of overseas project team group, Be responsible for the financial index forecast (cost, sales revenue) and project health reporting
85 Support sales on overseas potential order bidding
85 Internal collaboration among different department to move overseas project go ahead
