As a Lead Sourcing Specialist, you will negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies. You will ensure to achieve the best contractual conditions while also ensuring internal customer satisfaction.
As a Lead Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Defining supplier strategy including management and optimization of supplier panels. Leading negotiations, allocate needs to specific suppliers
Leading negotiations, market intelligence study and price index.
Negotiating terms and conditions and transmit information to Procurement
Advising Functional managers or other Functions regarding approaches, processes and procedures in the own field
Leading as a project leader of medium sized projects or is a major contributor to bigger projects
Handling communication with colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex problems
Present the practice of material planning, logistics, Procurement, Sourcing, category management and supplier relationship management.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have good experience in Sourcing/Procurement of chemicals.
Have demonstrated a good experience in Commodity Management.
Have a Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college.
Be able to speak fluent Mandarin and English.
Be able to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
Have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP ERP.
