工作职责
1.可独立编制机加工工艺优先，熟悉研发NPI。
2.能根据客户要求，熟悉CAD、Catia等软件，进行绘图画图，能计算形位公差，熟悉工艺路径制定，计算cycle time进行报价，懂SAP优先。
3.有非标定制半导体金属件优先，熟悉精益生产和5S，有大规模生产环境的工程经验优先。
4.熟悉车铣复合中心，三轴（熟悉三轴以上优先），熟悉发那科或西门子的编程。
5.熟悉模具和夹具的稳定性。
6.熟悉3~5条中的某一点。

任职资格
1.本科及以上学历，3年以上机械、材料加工背景。
2良好的英语听说读写能力，有项目工作经验优先。
3.成长型思维，具备在跨文化环境中工作的能力和较强的学习能力。
4.工作风格严谨、精准，沟通能力强，从事过机加工的商务谈判。
5.接受灵活处理工作任务和工作时间。
6.多重任务和处理事务的优先级管理能力。

Job Responsibilities
1. Independent compilation of machining technology is preferred, familiar with research and development NPI.
2. According to customer requirements, familiar with CAD, Catia and other software, drawing, calculating geometric tolerances, familiar with process path formulation, calculating cycle time for quotation, understanding SAP is preferred.
3. Non-standard customized semiconductor metal parts are preferred, familiar with lean production and 5S, and engineering experience in large-scale production environment is preferred.
4. Familiar with turning and milling compound center, three-axis (familiar with more than three axes is preferred), familiar with Fanuc, Siemens programming.
5. Familiar with the stability of mold and clamp.

Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, more than 3 years of mechanical and material processing background
2. Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, project work experience is preferred.
3. Growth mindset, with the ability to work in a cross-cultural environment and a strong ability to learn.
4. Rigorous and precise work style, strong communication skills, engaged in machining business negotiations.
5. Accept flexibility in handling work tasks and working hours.
