What You’ll Be Doing
61 To manage after sales service for defined customers and resolution of quality issues, according to agreed service levels and defined business processes.
61 Manage suppliers recalls
61 Manage internally and externally scrapping request
61 Develop and maintain relationships with customers/suppliers and participate to meetings with customer/suppliers.
61 Manage defective inventory
61 Manage credit and re-bill request from other department

What We Are Looking For
61 Minimum 3 years of customers service experience, similar industry background is highly preferred.
61 Process driven and very strong in problem solving.
61 High level of ownership and accountability for assigned tasks.
61 Great team player.
61 Good communication skills suitable for both internal and external communities.
61 Willing to work in a challenging and multicultural environment.
61 English mandatory both verbal and written.
