职位概述
This position is responsible for managing GMA EU project activities with high quality and efficiency to achieve Business Line target and providing satisfactory technical support to customers.

岗位职责
1. Business
- Support in definition of product of GMA EU section;
- Promote EU regulation services and non-homologation service under responsibility;
- Develop, maintain and expand our share in the existing clients, especially key account;
- Support Sales team to develop new service in ADV business to achieve the order taking target;
- Develop and collaborate with colleagues in other department and T05V S05D IC companies to promote the service;
- Develop and collaborate with our external partners to provide high quality service;
- Maintain relationships with customers especial for KA.
2. Project
- Leading and managing the project to achieve the order sales & profit target;
- Provide the professional and satisfied service to client as the project manager and / or project engineer in the project;
- Lead project as project manager to setup the project plan, coordinate the manpower resources, track the project process and communicate with client actively and promptly in case of any potential / existing deviation from the plan;
- Control the quality of project deliverable;
- Coordinate the internal and external resources to delivery the business smoothly;
- Follow the Quality Management Procedure.
3. Competence
- Share and input information and experience to BU KMS system;
- Experience sharing on BL’s knowledge management basis.
4. Perform other duties assigned by Reporting Manager

任职条件
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Automotive, Electronic or Mechanical engineering;
2. At least have 5 years relevant automotive industrial --- regulation (preferred), testing, certification experience;
3. Familiar with Emark regulation;
4. Familiar with vehicle develop process in OEM;
5. Project management experience;
6. Have good coordination ability;
7. Good communication skills with clients;
8. CET 6 or above;
9. Physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trip as required;
10. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;
11. PMO preferred.
