Responsibilities: Support other Project manager, assist department manager for Team improvement and management. Push and Follow up project planning. Set up project team of cross functions. Lead team to build and update project planning. Arrange project team meeting with team members, distribute project tasks to team members, if need, to make judgment for team. Prepare APDS TG audit, and arrange team members to review Phase performance for every APDS phases. Lead team to set up project target, including Quality, Cost, timing planning and resource requirement. In project, work as Customer representative, get and forward Customer information. Control project and product cost. Requirements: More than 5 years of experience in automotive company Or related field With good knowledge of Automobile parts development Good management skills, cross-function teams leading experience is preferred Fluent in English
