Job Description: 1. Local Sourcing (1) Identify processes, metrics and tools to support procurement activities and work collaboratively with team members, suppliers, and stakeholders for sourcing implementation (2) Effectively support and execute sourcing projects to generate required savings: (3) Handle the assigned sourcing projects (4) Sourcing process: request for proposal or quotation (RFP/RFQ) (5) Scoring suppliers and supporting the supplier selection process (6) Follow up with project plans, deliverables, metrics and milestones for associated projects (7) Data analysis based on tools (baselining, cost modeling, savings analysis) 2. Supplier Risk Assessment (1) Due diligence check: to complete the relevant risk assessment of suppliers, follow up with related procurement documents sign-off with suppliers and record in the system (2) Actions follow-up for identified risk items 3. System Support (1) Validation for new supplier creation and update (2) Validation for preferred supplier (3) Content management, incl. forms and catalogs (4) Support for the queries on system 4. Policy Training (1) Procurement policy training (2) Training materials updates 5. Communications (1) Indirect Procurement newsletters (2) Communication with team members, suppliers, and stakeholders (3) Administration support 6. Internal Control (1) Support on audit follow-up, incl. Auditboard data review (twice a week + ad hoc requirement), progress check for the selected action plan and audit follow-up report drafting (2) Administration for IC meeting and training arrangement
Educational / Previous Experience Requirements: (1) Bachelors’ Degree in Business, Finance (2) Minimum of 2~3 years’ experience in procurement or related functions (3) Preferred indirect procurement category experience: IT and corporate general services (4) Preferred industry: Retail or FMCG (5) At least fixed term in 6 months
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (1) Written and verbal English language capabilities required (2) Knowledge of procurement best practices, including supplier risk assessment, negotiations, selection, evaluation, management (3) Able to communicate with team members, suppliers and stakeholders (4) Possess natural curiosity, asking questions when necessary to understand a problem (5) Able to align own activities with team’s goals and strategies (6) Good skill in office software: word, excel, ppt etc. (7) Experience in Coupa is plus
