Job Accountabilities: 61 Responsible for developing knowledge in the cluster & category areas assigned including marketplace awareness, internal Client needs and external vendor capabilities 61 Support delivery of the category sourcing strategies for assigned contract portfolio via bidding, negotiation, extension, etc. 61 Support day to day relationships with vendors and maintain focus through various activities as agreed with the Category and Regional Sourcing leaders 61 Working with the Regional Sourcing Leader to understand the marketplace drivers, Infinuem leverage, positioning, etc., and using these to the advantage of Infineum to negotiate best available market pricing for goods / materials / services acquisition 61 Support compliance to Procurement & Finance controls processes, self-assessment and in-line review schedules and support external audits as required 61 Responsible for day-to-day operational focal point with Client function for assigned contract portfolio 61 Support Category and Sourcing leaders in operational discussions with vendors 61 Responsible for representing Infineum Procurement in internal and external discussions for assigned contract portfolio 61 Responsible for contributing to appropriate short-term resolution of supply exceptions for goods / materials / services within contract portfolio 61 Support understanding of the Operational Risk associated the assigned contract portfolio and assist in the implementation of plans to mitigate where appropriate (e.g. SSI tool, high financial risk suppliers) 61 Responsible for cooperation and collaboration with Operations Specialist to complete SharePoint contract file requirements according to *** 5.1 and 5.2, etc., and SAP OLA & PO, etc., set-up for assigned contract portfolio Job Scope: 61 Support the implementation of the category strategies for goods, materials and services over a 0-2 year time horizon 61 Support stewardship of vendor performance and address issues that arise within assigned contract portfolio 61 Work collaboratively cross-functionally to ensure Client / Operating function needs are met 61 Support appropriate operational activities are in place to ensure supply reliability 61 Build effective relationships with suppliers to ensure the best results are achieved for the Client and Operating functions 61 Support adherence to GARP compliance for assigned contract portfolio 61 Support *** and financial controls compliance for assigned contract portfolio 61 Working with Regional Sourcing leaders to set priorities for contract event implementation for assigned contracts.
