岗位职责: Objectives of the Position 61 Position BASF as a leader in sustainability in China among key stakeholders focusing on NGOs 61 Drive BASF’s Societal Engagement activities in China 61 Strengthen relationships and facilitate dialogue with key stakeholders
Main Tasks 61 Drive Societal Engagement activities and stakeholder relations in Greater China 61 Provide Societal Engagement and NGO relations consultancy for the business and functional leaders in China 61 Conceptualize and ensure implementation of Societal Engagement activities (Corporate Citizenship and Starting Ventures) in Greater China 61 Support major sites in China to set up and implement Community Advisory Panel (CAP) activities 61 Build and strengthen relationships with BASF's stakeholders with focus on NGOs, industry associations, neighbors and officials 61 Contribute Societal Engagement content to local reporting, editorials, multimedia, case studies, presentations on internal and external communication platforms 61 Protect and defend BASF's reputation by strategic issue management, effective communication of critical topics 61 Identify platforms and develop award applications to improve BASF's public recognition in areas of sustainability and Societal Engagement 61 Enhance BASF's sustainability leadership through partnership with and/or speaking opportunities at global and local organizations such as UN organizations, Chinese authorities and industry associations, EU and German Chambers
任职要求: Job Requirements 61 Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant areas (e.g. social work and public administration) 61 Extensive experienced in corporate communications with degrees in communications, public relations, and languages will be considered as well 61 6-8 years' working experience, with at least 3 years tracked experience in CSR, Sustainability, and Communications 61 Experience in planning and implementing large-scale societal engagement/CSR projects and well connected with relevant organizations 61 Deep understanding of current CSR and sustainability trends and relevant policies with great passion 61 Strong ownership, good interpersonal communication skills, and work interpedently with multiple stakeholders
