Major Accountabilities
- In-house “hands on” solid dosage form development work and customer problem solving in applications like tableting, granulation, modified release and solubilization formulation development. (Technical Service Requests and Applications Studies).
- Hands on experience in oral solid dosage form generic drug development, experience in liquid formulations further rounds off you profile.
- Direct and indirect customer interaction in support of existing and new products through technical consultation, trial support, preparing and delivering presentations to customers, professional organizations and trade shows. Also preparing “White Papers” for publication.

Position Prerequisites
BS or MS in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, Chemistry or Science related field
3 years working experience in the pharmaceutical or excipients industry

Skills
1）Capability to work in hands on role in a pharmaceutical technology lab, familiar with the equipment operation of oral solid dosage forms as well as corresponding analysis equipment. Have experience in HPLC analysis method development is preferred.
2） “Hands-on” solid dosage form development experience, familiar with the tableting and granulation operation. Have experience on modified release formulations and solubilization technology, like hot melt extrusion or spray drying techniques.
3）Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to team work.
4）Good scientific writing and communication skills.
5）Confident and capable public speaker. Comfortable working in a multi-cultural and international environment.
6）Prior experience in customer service or some role involving close work with customers.
