Job Responsibilities Warehouse & logistic management and governance -Supervise Customs Clearance for inbound and export shipments including product classification, HS code determination, clearance declaration to make sure good service delivered by agent. -Monitor import/export policy and regulation update to proactively capture and mitigate trade compliance risk. -Be familiar with global guidance and local regulations, capture and mitigate risks in advance to ensure warehouse and logistic operations comply with QA, EHS, GSP, dangerous goods related requirements. -Lead team in processing daily operation thru collaboration with internal stakeholders and external service providers to get logistic and warehousing well implemented. -Be responsible for financial budgeting for direct and indirect distribution cost. Monitor and manage the spending upon targets. -Facilitate internal/external audits or inspection. -Reporting: 3PLs KPI reports, Open deliveries, PGI and receipts, Real distribution cost, Logistic spending dashboard Process and Operation Optimization -Reshape warehouse & distribution strategy. Develop and optimize logistics network, transportation system, delivery routes, risk management and mitigation plan. -Develop and maintain working procedures and KPIs for goods receiving/shipping instructions, transportation and warehousing to standardize and improve daily operation. -Work out cost improvement plans thru understanding the market benchmark, getting sharing from service providers and learning best practice from other ROPUs. -Manage logistics and warehouse service contracts to ensure relevant agreements are complete and valid. Project Management, act as PMO for logistics and warehouse projects -Collaborate with Sourcing in LSP selection, evaluation, terms negotiation and contract sign-off. -Work with CQA in qualification of new LSP. -Facilitate audits or inspection for warehouse or LSPs. -Transportation validation -Shipping packaging improvement -Other logistics and warehouse projects Logistics operation for the products -Coordinate LSP to pick up shipments and transport to customers. Monitor transportation and address issues. -Collect and archive delivery documents as per internal procedure for proof of delivery, temperature data and etc. -Manage shipping materials and consumables. -Monitor LSP's performance to ensure good service level provided and LSP comply with the requirements and local regulations. -Take charge of financial settlements with LSP to make sure payments are processed in time and accurate Interaction/Collaboration and Leadership -Build good connection with Global Logistic team to be in line with GSCM guidance and learn from good practice. -People management and development for logistic and warehouse team.
Qualifications -Degree: Bachelor’s degree -Required skills: Has good ability in communication, collaboration, driving deliverables and organizing multiple priorities. Well organized, self-motivated and have ownership and sense of urgency. Efficient and have strong analytical skills. Be open minded to changes. -Language skills & proficiency: Good written and spoken English. -Required experience: 8+ years of working experience in logistic and warehousing operation and project management in FMCG or automation or healthcare industries, with 3+ years of team management experience.
