61 Liaise with client’s project manager and relevant responsible person, visit frequently with weekly/monthly plan to understand the client's current project and potential project needs 61 Receive services inquiries from clients, and prepare quotation 61 Coordinate with operation team to recommend the required & available engineer for client review and approval 61 Prepare assignment Instructions to inspectors or other offices when necessary. 61 Review service reports and distribute according to the assignment instruction. 61 Provide invoicing information to billing clerk and give support for payment collection. 61 Maintain record keeping system and update files during work in progress. 61 When in doubt, consult Operations Manager and / or Technical Management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Relevant English oral & written skills Preferred experience with an Engineering background or customer service experience Sense of market sales
