工作职责:
1.Manage back-end capacity team, in charge of short term and long term BE capacity, and work with site to improvement productivity.
2.Build capacity expansion plan, follow up and implement capacity ramp up projects, meet capacity target.
3.Manage tool purchase, delivery, install, qualification, and release.
4.Build system to track and manage the KPI, for example the capex, OEE, output, to work with related team to improve overall capacity utili5.zation.
任职资格:
1.Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial engineering is better.
2.Experience in electronics/semiconductor industry. More than five year working experiences in Assembly and Test area
3.Have experience of managing capacity team with more than 5 team members.
4.Experience in advanced packaging and Test.
