1. Support for recruitment processes are conducted efficiently and in accordance with company policies and standards to meet with manpower needs including: - Post job precisely on the website, Screen CVs and source candidate to make sure the recommended candidates meet minimum position requirements - Coordinate all interviews arrangements to make sure the smooth of interview process 2. Assist in staff’s contract renewal, movement, dismissal, exit program etc; 3. Assist in the organization of human resources-related information and data statistics work. 4. Assist in the implementation and execution of BP work, and carry out basic work coordination 5. Participate in human resources-related tasks. 6. Other jobs assigned by line manager.
Requirement: 1. Senior undergraduate is preferred ; 2. Proficient in office software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; 3. Have a strong interest in the field of human resources, with careful attention to detail, good communication skills, logical thinking abilities, and adaptability; 4. Available to start as soon as possible, able to work for 3 months or longer, and must be able to attend at least 3 days a week.
