基本职责
Essential responsibilities
- 遵守所有关于适航性事件的所有契约性要求;
Ensure that all contractual requirements on airworthiness matters are complied with.
- 针对生产单位的过往表现、质量关键要素等，制定所监督车间的审核计划;
Develop QS Monthly plan with reference to BU’s quality performance, critical to quality point , etc.
- 根据监督/审核计划执行质量监督工作，完成审核记录并撰写问题报告（如有）。与所监管车间主管及员工确认发现的问题;
Execute daily QS to Shop, record the result and write up finding report if any. Communicate and confirm with shop leader or mechanic on related finding.
- 能够甄别生产运行中存在的系统性问题和/或个别质量事件;
Able to detect systematic quality issue and/or single poor quality incident.
- 领导/参与监督车间的不符合事件，安全报告、不良成本事件、维修差错、客户和质量投诉调查的整改措施和预防性措施的推荐，贯彻和确认, 并持续验证;
Lead/participate investigation of all non-conformances, staff safety report, cost of poor quality, maintenance error, customer escapes and quality related complaints. Recommend, follow-up and assurance of corrective and preventive actions, including sustainability of actions.
- 通过日常监督和发现的问题对所监督的车间提出质量改善要求和建议，提升监管车间的整体质量表现;
Improve shop’s overall quality performance with quality improvement recommendation and advice through daily QS finding.
- 领导/参与生产部门/本团队为提升工作效率和质量的持续改进项目;
Lead/ Participate BU/Dept’s improvement projects for quality and efficiency
- 主导/参与公司针对审核结果/改善评审的例行质量管理会议，撰写会议报告;
Organize/Participate Company’s regular quality management review Meeting for findings and corrective action review, including preparing meeting report.
- 协助/配合航空当局和客户等外部审计对所监管车间的审核;
Assist/Coordinate Regulator/Customer’s audit to BU that QS inspector in charge
- 确保日常工作符合工作程序的要求;
Ensure full compliance
- 编写、修改相关的工作程序;
- 作为教员为公司员工提供质量相关的培训;
- 通过对规章制度和质量程序的清楚阐述和建议来支持生产单位（发动机拆装、部件修理、航材检验）。
Support Production and Engineering with clear interpretation and advice on regulatory matters and quality procedures.

技能要求
Qualification required
- 熟悉145要求和其他民用航空规章要求(例如 CCAR 145, FAR145)
Familiar with 145 requirements and other civil aviation regulations’ requirements (e.g. FAR145).
- 熟悉并理解公司维修管理手册和操作程序。
Familiar and understand of the SEC MMM and Operation Procedure.
- 懂得航空人为因素的知识。
Understand of the aviation Human Factors knowledge.
- 懂得所监管车间相关的相关国家工业标准要求。
Understand of relevant National and Industrial Standards requirements.
- 具备运用相关审核技术和技能。
With handle of relevant audit techniques and skills.
- 具备运用相关调查技巧和技能。
With handle of relevant investigation techniques and skills.
- 懂得涡轮喷气发动机(发动机/模块/部件)。
Understand of Turbine Jet-engine (engine/module/component).

- 流利的英语读写听说能力、团队精神
Excellent English capabilities in reading, writing, listening and speaking.
经验要求
Experience required
从事民用航空行业至少五年。
Have been working in Civil Aviation Industry for five years at least.
具有质量审核/监督经验至少三年。
With relevant quality auditing/surveillance experience for three years at least.
学历要求
Educational required
机械，航空或机电工程等专业大专或以上文凭
Mechanical, Aeronautical or Engineering Diploma from a recognized college or above
证书要求
CERTIFICATES REQUIRED
民用航空器维修人员执照- TA
Civil Aircraft maintenance Personnel License- TA
