In this role you'll make an impact by:
·Responsible for own nominated key accounts; meet or exceed pre-defined sales targets.
·Develop sales plan, pipeline and ensure execution;
·Proactively seek new customers and sales opportunities to drive sustainable business growth; use internal opportunity management tools to develop opportunities into commercialized solution by value-selling and maximum CHR scientific value and credibility; prioritize key projects among many opportunities;
·Execute Global and Regional strategies in terms of NPD, pricing, projects, etc.
·Cross-functional coordination with RA, supply chain, finance, GSA and global team, etc.
·In charge of Global Strategic Account operation in China; be responsible for coordination among GSA, cross-functional supporting team, and local team to drive the localized projects in China;
·Key Account Management including initiate KA strategy, KA Plan and implement value-selling approach; maintain and develop KA relationships; drive ideation and innovation workshops, etc.;
·Distributor management including distributor KPIs, incentive, training, contract, conflict management, etc.;
·Provide timely monthly reports, call reports, rolling forecast, competition information, etc

·Master degree in Food and Nutrition, Chemicals or Biology, MBA is preferred;
·8+years of value-selling sales experience in multinational companies, 5+ years in dietary supplement, probiotics, health nutrition or OTC experience is preferred;
·Accept travel above 50%
