Developing of potential customers as well as maintaining sustainable relationship with existing customers, and achieving the yearly growth sales target. 销售瑞士制造的高精密精密导向件,维护现有客户,开发潜在新客户,完成年度销售增长目标。 - Required to be strongly involved in analysis and development of the market for precision guide elements, to develop and implement sales strategies in responsible region- mainly in Shanghai/ Jiangsu / Zhejiang area / Partly North China OR South China( mainly in Dongguan & Shenzhen area).(Specific responsible areas will be confirmed after employment) 善于分析精密精密导向件市场数据,并能积极开发新客户,计划主要负责江浙沪区域及北方区域 或者以东莞,深圳为代表的华南区域精密导向件市场,制定销售策略并实施(具体负责区域待录 用后再做详细划分) - Leading and Coordinating of the whole sales process incl. technical support, sizing, quotation, orders, delivery and on-timed payment procedures. - 主导并协调整个销售过程,包括技术支持,定制件量产协调,报价,跟单及按时回款。 Providing technical solutions with the support from Swiss Headquarter. Need good communication skills with the headquarter to report in time and fix the technical and commercial problems. 在总部的技术支持下,为客户提供有效的技术支持及解决方案。需具备良好的英文能力能与瑞士总部进行良好的沟通 及时汇报并协调商务问题。 - Owning the marketing intelligence, trying different marketing activities to promote efficiently in Chinese market. 具有市场推广的经验,有效尝试各种市场推广活动。 - Work initiatively and independently under stress, with active and positive working attitude (Self runner) 根据公司的销售策略,具备高度的主动性和独立性,抗压能力强,积极主动的工作态度 (速战力+行动派)。 Qualifications and skills: 职位要求: - For Sales supervisor position- Minimum 3 years sales experience in Molding/Stamping/ industry, or Mould / Die. Experienced with sales and business knowledge. 销售主管职位需要:至少三年以上的精密精密导向件部件或模具、注塑、冲压行业销售或使用经验,并熟悉商务。 - Working experience as a sales, product management or business development in Standard Parts business or related industries (technical components) will be appreciated. 在欧美精密导向件行业或相关行业(元器件,机床零件等技术方面),具备销售,产品管理或业务开拓有多年经验者优先。 - For Junior Sales position: Graduate from engineering school or equivalent - 模具设计与制造专业学士学位或以上学历。 - Willing to travel frequently,timely submission of visiting reports & industry development reports. 主观能动性强,收集并分析报告行业发展的信息,愿意经常出差并及时提交拜访报告。 - Strong interpersonal communication skill, and team work spirit, positive thinking and self-starter - 具备优秀的沟通技巧、及团队合作精神,积极的工作态度并能自我激励高质量完成学习和工作要求。 - Fluent English in both written and oral, and skilled in using standard office- softwares 熟练的英语听说及写作能力,熟练使用办公软件。 *The Sales reports directly to Asian Market Sales Manager, Switzerland & General Manager, China . 销售人员的汇报对象为亚洲市场总监(瑞士籍)及中国区总经理。
