职位描述
We are looking for high personal drive, high potential & high mobility with 1-3 years of professional working experience in the electronic products or consumption goods industry to join Kohler China E-commerce.
As a trainee of this talent development program, you will have an unparalleled opportunity to gain a holistic view of Kohler online business landscape, breadth of experience across the value chain in Kohler China, and depth of knowledge in the specific function given China K&B (kitchen & bath) market dynamics. You will be on an accelerated career path to becoming future leaders who will shape the company by making significant contributions to our ambitious purpose.
The trainee will experience a dedicated development journey, which empowers the trainee to accelerate the development via 4 cross-function rotations:
61 channel marketing
61 product development
61 sales
61 operation
Channel marketing
Channel marketing provides integrated end-to-end digital solutions to Kohler China online business. We build full capabilities of the consumer digital journey covering
61 digital ads: paid social, performance media and in-site content and optimization
61 social commerce development
61 assets development
61 EC event (live stream) planning and product demonstration development
61 budget management
Product development
Product development will take care for Kohler China online product portfolio pipeline and working closely with product marketing to develop EC products.
61 Product portfolio management
61 Product positioning and lifecycle management
61 Product forecast conduction
61 Market insights
Sales
In this role, you will learn to sell products, systems and services to consumers to achieve the required business target.
61 Store management: forecast, analysis, pursuing, post-sales, data maintain, etc.
61 Store live stream and membership
61 Diversify business model: DTC, distributors and O2O
Operation
Operation team as fundamental function will provide full support for EC business.
61 DTC program management
61 Regular sales data collection and support
61 P&L management and optimization
Role Qualifications
61 A bachelor’s or master’s degree with 1-3 years working experience
61 Energetic and positive, strong self-driven and ownership with working pressure, excellent communication and collaboration.
61 Aspired to be a successful emerging talent in the field of marketing and sales.
61 Adequate English & MS office skills
