Position Title: Team Leader of Footwear 鞋子部门主管

Job Description:
1, To lead the Footwear’s team, by being able to establish strong and fluent communication internally with the team and between the different areas involve, Vendors, buyers and internally Shanghai office.
2, Ensure the team delivers the Falabella requirements through the corresponding follow-up. Sourcing, select, collect suitable factories on buyer's request.
3, Proactively, look for new opportunities, vendors and products, ensure the purchasing in China is competitive in all respects
4, weekly review & report on running orders and development. Monitor development/bulk order status to ensure right quality and right delivery, Foresee and solving problem.
5, Organize & participate buying meeting. Maintain close contact with vendors and buyers through buying meeting, shoes fair and daily communication.
6, Support the team, through a fluent communication, consistent coaching including about Footwear technical knowledge, product development and negotiation skills regarding shoe construction.
7, Set individual and team goals
8, Motivate, inspire and manage the team to drive business, create a positive and harmonious work environment, foster cooperation within the team and different areas involved
9, Set in place action plans under different circumstances

Requirements
1, University graduate or above, at least 8 years working experience in buying / trading office or shoes factory on footwear area (sneakers, ballerinas, alpargata, sandals, boots & booties,
pre-walker, indoor slipper, etc.,); International brand experience is desired.
2, Product and technical knowledge with sourcing and price negotiation experiences, should know cost structure of footwear products (vulcanized, injection, cemented)
3, Leads the team work with Chinese vendors and overseas buyer/designer team.
4, Ability to manage a high & diverse workload and to meet deadlines.
5, Very good communication skills & be able to maintain stronger vendor network for current & future business;
6, Willing to invest time and energy to grow business.
7, Responsible and proactive, able to work under pressure, Open minded & team working spirit. Passionate about Footwear Industry and fashion.
8, Good computer skills.
9. Strong oral and written skills in English are essential, Spanish will be a plus.
