Job Summary:
Track and interpret local Environment, Health, Safety (EHS) regulation changes, and Lead Corporate program deployment in site and/or area; Provide guideline and technical supporting to site operation for local EHS regulation and corporate requirement compliance
Responsibilities:
61 Establish and maintain effective EHS guideline and procedure;
61 Conduct Plant EHS auditing for improvement and provide recommendation for the solution;
61 Lead environmental subject project in site and/or area;
61 Support China projects in environmental regulation compliance and technical review;
61 Collect, analyze and report environmental testing data;
61 Participate in public comments response to external agency and associations.
Basic Qualifications:
61 Degree/Certifications: University degree – in engineering/environmental/safety/Chemical related major
61 MUST has Plant EHS Operations experience.
61 Familiar with EHS laws and regulations of local government and administrative bureaus in the EHS field;
61 Fluent English communication skill both in written and oral;
Functional Expertise:
61 Current knowledge of applicable EHS regulations and policies applicable to facility
61 Ability to assume facility EHS responsibility in conjunction with facility manager
61 Ability to manage multiple EHS projects and train facility
61 Recommended ＞5 years related experience
61 Extensive knowledge in air, water, waste and other environmental management principles and practices;
61 Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) and Pollution Discharge Permit (PDP) experience;
61 Knowledge of Facility Processes: Detailed knowledge of facility processes including current and potential future environmental implications
Preferred Experience:
61 Plant EHS operations + Corporate EHS related working experience is preferred;
61 Process Hazard Management (PHM) and sewage disposal knowledge is preferred
61 Environment facility operation and maintenance experience is preferred, including CEMS, RTO, wastewater treatment, etc.
61 Prioritization setting and multi-tasking capabilities;
61 Team Work with good communication skill
