Background: This Pro-Service role is expected to support supply chain vendors to manage product environmental hazardous substance declaration via designated IT platform (FMD Portal System), and facilitate contract manufacturers (CM) to collect and review upstream part & material vendors’ third party test reports (RoHS, Halogen, etc), which is part of Apple’s environmental compliance process. This role will be in FMD China ST (support team). Work content: ？Be familiar with FMD Portal System, facilitate suppliers to use FMD Portal system to accomplish product environmental compliance declaration timely and with high data quality ？Provide FMD training to newly onboarded suppliers as well as refreshed FMD Portal training to existing users on updated functions and features about the system ？Coordinate with elated function teams for FMD Portal issue’s reporting/ troubleshooting and track corrective actions ？Conduct FMD data quality audit to suppliers, drive suppliers to conduct root cause analysis and CAP (corrective action plan) till all findings are properly closed. Qualification: ？Bachelor degree with chemistry background or similar disciplines (such as material science, chemical engineering, etc) ？3 years or above work experience on product environmental hazardous substance control (RoHS, REACH compliance management), consumer electronics industry is preferred
