JOB DESCRIPTION DIMENSION OF THE JOB Team Size: 50-60 people
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES General Purpose of the Job: The incumbent is responsible for providing administrative support to APAC Commercial team and associates in Shanghai Campus
- Support Sales Director and Commercial team to organize regular commercial activities, e.g. sales meeting, performance review, channel meeting, sales reports, sales documents maintenance, customer enquiry and customer survey, etc. - Provide Admin support to AMT (Asia Leadership Team) in both internal and external meetings, visits, travels, etc., e.g. with customers, channels, business partners, etc. - Play a leading role in planning, organizing and coordinating employee activities and events, including team building activities, annual dinner, training, etc. with a purpose to build a better workplace and improve engagement level - Provide Admin support to associates in business travels, visitor management, company stamp management, etc. - Coordinate with Shanghai Campus team on Campus activities / events, e.g. EHS programs, HR& Admin initiatives, etc. - Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Education: College or above education background
Experiences: With 1-3 years’ hands-on experience or above in Commercial assistant/Sales operation/Admin experience
Know-how/skills: Proactive Good time management, communication and coordination skills Good spoken and written English
