* As process quality section leader, build up reliable quality control mechanism; * Through quality scheme, inspection, optimization & improvement, enable PDCA control cycling; * Convert customer voice inside and increase sensitivity of quality detection, identify risk and point out direction, drive IPU & function departments participate in customers' satisfaction improvement; * Being responsible for the statistics, analysis and feedback of the relevant data, prepare reports for internal and group reporting; * Team management: Blue collar and white collar, set up efficient , flexible & competent quality control team; * Participate quality improvement transform project as section leader; * Other regular management work Requirements:
* Education(Level): Bachelor degree or above * Major: Engineering * Language: Fluent in Mandarin (oral and written). Skilled in English writing & reading. Oral basic communication * PC Skills: Familiar with Microsoft Office and SAP * Personality: Independent thinking & Teamwork player and good communication skills. Self-motivation.
