Job Descriptions
Follow up orders with vendors, customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
Assist in the Product Development process to ensure that products meet customers’ quality and budget requirements.
Maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production.
Arrange sample submission to customers for approval.
Handle merchandising related documents.
Negotiate price & timeline, prepare cost sheet and T&A.
Manage development and orders, follow up production and the delivery time frames.
Price negotiation, sourcing suppliers to meet requirements and advance cost effectiveness.
Communicate and prepare meetings with suppliers/buyers for the customers.
Ensure that shipping and sampling shelves are stocked at all times.
Distribute completed sample requests to the appropriate managers.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements
Experience in Clothing or Textile category and European market.
Diploma or above in Merchandising and order follow-up.
Minimum 5 years' relevant experience.
Strong product and material knowledge with good development skills; familiar with merchandising and product development process.
Able to work under pressure, result-oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive, and detail-minded.
Ability to build strong relationships with the team; communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
Well-organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem-solving skills, and able to meet deadlines.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Literate in Microsoft Office programs.
Occasional travel is required.
