Role & Responsibilities: Position Definition (Key Purpose of the Position) : The Manager, Digital Marketing (The North Face) is responsible for developing the digital strategies, campaign digital plan, and contents from planning to execution across different social platforms. That requires a proven track record in understanding China social insights and platforms, and it would be great if he/she is a social savvy in his/her daily life. He/she needs to be capable of how to land a brand concept into a digital world, and inspiring agency partners to come up with insightful digital ideas by leveraging online touchpoint and delivering integrated solutions to serve different purpose and fully in line with our brand DNA and strategies. He/she will be required to collaborate closely with the The North Face Brand Marketing team, Ecommerce team to drive impact thorough digital channels at brand and sales levels. Key Result Areas: - Develop social platforms’ strategy from positioning, content allocation, tonality control to driven results (new fans/sales/branding/etc.). The platforms including owned/paid WeChat, Red, Douyin. How to leverage these platforms to serve different purposes? Such as driving brand equity, new fans recruitment, organic engagement, and conversation on product innovation and OOTD style. - Digital campaign planning and execution integrated with bigger brand plan ( EC, PR, event and CLM)Curate holistic digital marketing campaign journey and manage paid resources to achieve goals of both storytelling and brand authenticity. - Elevate digital creative and expression to get much more resonation with consumers emotionally in the digital world.Collaborate with EC team from planning to execution stage to build linkage between commercial and marketing campaigns. - Consumer insight analysis based on daily routine and campaign execution - Explore the integration of latest advancements in social to maximum business potential Competency Requirements : Behavioral Competencies - Eager to explore (life & work) is a must.
