Main Accountabilities:
1. Work as site responsible engineer for the site to make sure department relevant work comply with SHEMS and local regulations.
2. Lead the planning, organization, control and execution of site major capex project under principle of manufacturing and project excellence.
3. Responsible for improve site reliability and asset integrity initiatives according Syn standard with the support of regional RAI team and global engineering.
4. Lead the annual budgeting, planning, control and spending for site engineering and maintenance work.
5. Improve process safety of site asset, SCEs through continuously improve on RAI.
6. Constantly review plant equipment and system operations to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate potential problems and identify opportunities for improvement.
7. Properly Manage and maintain a set of engineering documentation consistent with Syn SHEMS and local regulation requirements.
8. Acting as the site accountable person when dealing with regulatory authorities for engineering integrity.
9. Provide leadership and vision to site engineering and maintenance department.
