岗位职责Job responsibilities: As a member of product management team, the product manager will be an integral part of driving key strategic business growth profitably. The candidate needs to ensure business success of new product development and launches, plus profitability improvement of existing products, what will be driven by penetration to existing verticals and development of new verticals. Be the voice of regional customer and capture market requirement, to be inflected in product portfolio strategy. Key responsibilities: Product Lifecycle Management 89 Define and implement product portfolio with clear product line definition and value proposition. 89 Capture regional market requirement, to be reflected either in regional or global product life cycle management. 89 Engine new product development or existing product enhancement projects with solid market input and business case. 89 Product profitability improvement to target vertical segments for existing products with deep understanding of market demands. Pricing Strategy 89 Prepare price setting and price book what align to product positioning strategy. 89 Track and analyze selling price trend to find out root cause if needed. 89 Work closely with sales team to understand actual market requirement, deliver efficient support to guarantee top line and bottom line. Business Support 89 Deeply understand applications in target verticals from a product perspective by close communication with internal and external customers. 89 Enhance product and application knowledge by leading training and developing training material. 89 Be the owner of products for regular sales support and application engineering support. Marketing Activities 89 Membership of local technical associations. 89 Understanding of local approvals and regulatory requirement. 89 Leading product launching activities with Marcom. 89 Support and collaborate on marketing materials and events. 岗位要求Job requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, preferred master’s degree or 3 years of product management experience, minimum 5 years working experience in B2B business. 2. Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationship and effectively present technical information to diverse audience. 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer-centric mindset. 4. Ability to capture market requirement and sensitive to market trend. 5. Self-motivated and result-driven, strong willingness to product management and marketing career development. 6. English skill for working communication. 7. Innovative thinking and diving into details.
