The opportunity EY requires a professional who will take responsibility for the support of designing and driving the strategic initiatives for Greater China FSO practice. The position will work closely with key members of GC FSO Leadership team to drive and ensure the successful implementation and execution of strategy programs. Responsibilities: Your key responsibilities 61 Support in formulating the strategy programs for the practice. 61 Responsible for cascading strategic planning process in the practice, and driving the strategic initiatives development across business functions to ensure objectives are aligned and integrated 61 Responsible for practice- wide strategic projects management, working with all function heads to conduct periodic checkpoints and strategic retreats, to drive strategic initiatives to execution and to ensure the business planning targets are being met. 61 Responsible for market intelligence, providing insights and analytical support on market trend, customer profiles, competitive intelligence and regulatory updates to the CEO and Group’s senior management team. Skills and attributes for success Requirements: To qualify for the role you must have 61 At least 10 years’ experience in strategy related roles and management role 61 Previous experience in a professional service environment. 61 Excellent project and commercial management skills 61 Sound understanding of the firm’s Service Lines, Go-to-market strategy and our external market 61 Confidence to provide a point of view and to challenge at Partner level 61 Ability to work successfully as part of a team and to work with multiple stakeholders at all levels 61 Proven ability to manage multiple agendas and always meet demanding time frames 61 Strong analytical skills and experience in proactive strategic analyses and financial modelling.
