Your key responsibilities 61 Executes the sales excellence strategic initiatives in APAC and China region for superior Customer Experience alignment (in close cooperation with the other Global functions) 61 Improve the internal customer fulfillment business process efficiency through requirements and process documentation, adoption of digital tools and services with a customer-focused mindset; 61 Manage the activation and training of sales enablement and customer insights tools to ensure they are easily accessible and providing the capabilities sellers need (i.e. CRM, Microsoft Platform). 61 Tracks and measures adoption of sales and customer-enablement tools and improved customer insights through KPI reporting
