Your key responsibilities
61 Executes the sales excellence strategic initiatives in APAC and China region
for superior Customer Experience alignment (in close cooperation with the other
Global functions)
61 Improve the internal customer fulfillment business process efficiency
through requirements and process documentation, adoption of digital tools and
services with a customer-focused mindset;
61 Manage the activation and training of sales enablement and customer insights
tools to ensure they are easily accessible and providing the capabilities
sellers need (i.e. CRM, Microsoft Platform).
61 Tracks and measures adoption of sales and customer-enablement tools and
improved customer insights through KPI reporting

You bring
61 Experienced in driving value through customer relationship management
systems (CRM), with strong analytical capability, advanced in Microsoft excel
and Power BI;
61 Fluent in English and Mandarin (As China will be the main support to grow
the market)
61 Demonstrated leadership and expertise in detailed Commercial business
processes;
61 Superior influencing skills with progressive and critical thinking about the
business
61 High level of adaptability; maintains focus and optimism in changing
circumstances.
