Purpose of the Job:
1. Application Eng. Manager TL&C (Thermal line and Connector) China fully responsible for all application engineering activities of TL&C division.
2. Grow the TL&C business in China market.

Responsibilities of Position:
1. Manage engineering activities and resources in TL&C AE division, ensure TL&C business meet company KPI target.
2. Keep TL&C AE organization capability growth, and continuous optimization.
3. New projects quotation and execution, and VAVE activities.
4. Support on quality issues for TL&C China.
5. To know the latest automotive legislations, customer trends and newest technologies of TL&C.
6. Keep the team lean and efficient.
7. Define and promote regional engineering strategy.
8. TL&C products promotion activities
9. Other duties as assigned.

Qualification
1. Solid professional background on AC line, Quick connector in automotive industry.
2. Good knowledge on automotive thermal management industry.
3. Strong leadership with positive mindset. Can lead and motivate team to achieve target under pressure.
4. Always push the boundaries to win business
5. Good communication skills, have good connections with C-OEMs
6. Solid knowledge on engineering and product design, including APQP, FMEA, GD&T, DOE.
7. Proven experience on product validation, and OEMs specification.
8. Basic knowledge on finance.

Experience Requirements:
3+ years’ experience on engineering manager level position, with sound performance.

Language：
Good at Mandarin, English

Education :
BSME or related engineering degree.
