2.指导新产品Prototype /OTS/PPAP样品制作
guidance for new product Prototype /OTS/PPAP sample production
3.协助销售新项目可行性分析
Assist sales dept. for the new project feasibility analysis
4.负责跟客户进行工艺技术沟通
Responsible for communicate with customer for process technology.
5.支持项目部门提交PPAP相关工艺文件
Support project dept. submitting PPAP relevant process documents.
6.维护产线产能及工艺设计优化，协助分析生产线异常问题，主导工艺改善
Maintain production line capacity and process design optimization, assist the analysis of abnormal production line problem, dominate the process improvement.
7.上级交办的其他事务
Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

任职资格Requirements:
1.工业工程、机械制造相关专业本科以上学历。
Bachelor degree or above in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing.
2.了解精益生产方法
experience on LEAN manufacturing
3.熟悉动作分析方法，例如 MOD
Familiar with motion analysis methods, such as the MOD
4.能够独立设计产品生产流程。
Independently design the product manufacturing process
5.熟练应用IE改善的七大手法。
Proficient the seven skills of IE improvement.
6.具备较强的沟通能力。
Great communication ability
7.具有较强的动手能力
Excellent practical ability
