Key ResponKey Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Member Campaign Execution/Coordination 86 Manage and deliver the SOP of member campaigns, tenant actions and partner cooperation, acting as key coordinator with all operation functions/department 86 Optimize execution procedure based on mastery of action and user experience 86 Monitor and collaborate with cross-functions on system operation to ensure actions are executed correctly in order to maintain good customer experience 86 Take charge of CRM actions communication and exposure in user end, like mini-program/wechat service account/wechat community, and perform daily checks on mini-program about actions are well communicated in time and in accuracy 86 Consolidate actions, plan and execute client communication according to team request and member promotions 86 Be sensitive to new terms of netizens, updated digital tools, and competitor campaigns, and Prepare regular and campaign related CRM report to analyze activity performance and business trend 86 Support on developing business requirement on system, and do leverage on system functions to maintain content quality, explore member preference and improve member engagement 86 Support on tracking performance of actions and communication, to evaluate best approach of member engagement and improve conversion rate 86 Support center team in daily operation and tasks CRM materials/assets/payment management 86 Coordinate design request of member communication assets including BTL and ATL 86 Monitor CRM materials (papery and electronic) status at center level and update in time 86 Monitor centers regular stock taking of CRM assets and ensure in good keep 86 Manage CRM expense and monthly accrual in system Knowledge and Skills 86 Degree holder or equivalent 86 Minimum 1 year's working experience in CRM or Marketing 86 Familiar with CRM campaign, loyalty program, digital communication, consumer behavior and data acumen 86 Familiar with CRM system and digital platform, operation experience is an advantage 86 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a good team player 86 Well-organized, attentive and service-oriented 86 Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
