· Proficient in both written Chinese and English, with basic English communication skills. Knowledge of Cantonese is preferred.
· At least 1 year of work experience in the marketing or operational departments of the apparel industry. Experience in CRM, digital marketing, retail marketing, or related functions is a plus.
· Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills. Proficiency in Excel is required.
· Meticulous, precise, and organized in work. Able to manage time effectively, work independently, and complete assigned tasks on time.
· Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Job Responsibilities:
· Plan and execute CRM-related activities, including designing activity mechanisms, preparing gifts and materials, communicating with members and stores, and tracking activity data.
· Operate and maintain various CRM systems, including CDP, Marketing automation, SMS platform, and Clienteling.
· Maintain close communication with the Retail, EC, MKT, and IT team, and actively cooperate with their work.
