Job Description: 1.Model and document current business processes to ensure consistency and clarity across the organization. 2.Standardize business processes to create uniform procedures that can be applied across the organization. 3.Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify areas for improvement. 4.Regularly review processes to ensure they are aligned with business goals and support overall efficiency. 5.Identify inefficiencies within current processes and propose enhancements that align with the company's broader business objectives. 6.Collaborate with various departments to implement process improvements that drive both efficiency and effectiveness. 7.Support and drive process automation initiatives to reduce manual workloads and increase operational efficiency. 8.Develop and deliver training sessions, materials, and presentations to equip business process stakeholders with the necessary knowledge and skills. 9.Ensure that employees are fully informed about new or updated processes and are capable of implementing them effectively. 10.Continuously assess the training needs of employees and update training programs as needed. 11.Draft technical tasks for development and participate in the testing of the own in-house IT platform to ensure alignment with business process requirements. Required qualifications: 1.A bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Quality Management or a related field is mandatory. 2.Proven experience in documenting, standardizing, and optimizing business processes. 3.Experience in creating and maintaining process documentation and developing training materials. 4.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 5.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas. 6.Ability to work independently and as a part of a team. 7.Ability to collaborate with various employees across departments. 8.Proficiency in English at an Advanced (С1) level or higher and Chinese at an Advanced (HSK5) level or higher. 9.Years of Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Quality Management or a related field.
