Operation - Build clear price & promotion strategy - Follow up daily operation work ( inventory /benchmark/sales status/Traffic ….all daily or montly relative report) - Benchmark competitors' analysis ECRM&Consumer assets - Responsible for Channel member club - Build KL clear strategy on member system and follow up all issues - AIPL consumer assets monitoring&analysis - Data analysis to increase repeat/AUS and purchase shopping experience TP management, and lead team for sales target achievement. 职位要求: 1. At least 8 years e-commerce operation experience in E-commerce especially T-mall channel of beauty/fashion/FMCG industry 2. Good team player with extroverted personality and problem-solving/learning attitude with sense of responsibility 3. Global business mindset and proactive for business and industry insight within e-commerce distribution platform 4. Sensitive with numbers and for cost control 4. Fluent English and good communication skill 5. Self-driven and ownership for business excellence
