我司是一家服装外贸公司(毛衫和针织服装居多），总部在美国纽约，目前上海办事处招聘一位跟单员，协助美国总部 Pre-production/ WIP 部门的工作
。
主要职责/职能范围包括：
1. 与供应商的日常沟通，跟进： a. 样衣状态（如烧杯样，大货样，试身样，产前样和TOP样的审批); b. 大货生产，按时出货。
2. 协助经理：a. 询价，整理价格表单, 与供应商沟通价格要求；b. 维护TNA (打样/出货/测试/验货等的 时间和计划安排表) ，更新WIP报告。
3. 与其他相关部门的有效沟通

岗位要求：
- 1年以上相关工作经验。
- 服装或相关领域的学历证书。
- 熟练运用OUTLOOK和办公软件，尤其是Excel。
- 优秀的英语口头和书面沟通能力。
- 细心，注重细节，组织和执行力强
- 能够在快节奏和不断变化的环境中完成多项任务。

We are looking to hire a production assistant in Shanghai office to support our NY office pre-production/ WIP team.
Main Responsibilities/Functions include but are not limited to:
1. Daily communication with overseas vendors.
2. Support managers on costing inquiries.
3. Assist managers with cost chart maintenance and communication with the factories on cost requests.
4. Assist the managers with maintaining Time & Action and Work-In-Progress (WIP) reports.
5. Track/chase sample status, lab dips, bulk fabric approval, fit samples, comments, and deliveries with vendors.
6. Communicate priorities with cross functioning teams.
7. Establish and monitor time production calendars.
Knowledge / Skills Requirements:
- 1-year relevant work experience in an internship or full-time role.
- Academic credentials in apparel or related field
- Excel mastery a must
- PC proficient including Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level organizational skills
- Must be detail oriented and be able to follow instructions
- Ability to work well in a cross functional environment
- Ability to multitask in fast paced and changing priority environment
